Inside Sales Consultant - Kelowna

We are currently seeking an outstanding Inside Sales Consultant to work in our Kelowna Showroom. In this role, you will be required to take care of the needs of our customers in a fast paced and results driven environment. This role encompasses first impressions, research, product knowledge, troubleshooting and attention to detail.

Friends and associates admire your communication skills, your relationship effectiveness and your helpfulness. Your effective questioning and listening skills are well honed. You know the difference between being assertive and aggressive and that staying composed in the sales process is key. Your past and current clients and customers enjoy dealing with you for making the sales experience a refreshing experience, filled with “follow through” and not just “follow up.”

You have a positive outlook and you possess the ability to work well as part of a team to get things done. You are dependable; you do what you say. Planning and preparation have aided in your business to business sales success and you have managed a large workload in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the first line of contact for our customers visiting our showroom or calling in. You will be required to balance several tasks throughout the day with professionalism and composure. In addition to aiding our walk-in clients and answering phones, you will also work on developing quotes and research a wide array of requests from our customers. You will also be part of the team responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our showroom.

Key Account Manager - Vancouver

CRS is growing and we need a Vancouver based Key Account Manager for Foodservice Equipment and Supplies.
