During the COVID-19 pandemic, Canadian Restaurant Supply Ltd will be focused on the health and safety of our team, our customers and our manufacturers. This announcement is to outline the steps we are taking to do our part in “flattening the curve”.
We are providing multiple options for our customers to acquire products, including delivery by a major provider, local free delivery by a CRS employee or pick up. All these methods will have health and safety precautions associated with them based on the recommendation from the BC CDC.
Our showroom is open for business with special requirements for entering. Social distancing must be maintained and wearing masks is recommended. Hand sanitizer is provided. Also, our show room access is limited to the front area of the store, with special access granted to the remainder of our showroom by special permission and by appointment only.
Our Account Managers are conducting most business electronically. Please let us know your preferred method of contact (video chat, phone, text, email) and we will do our best to only contact you via that method.
