A Note about Commodity China: Tablewares and other imported products from China may not always be manufactured by the same company. It is not uncommon to experience differences in size, shape or colour compared to the same products imported previously, or even between products imported in the same shipment, and are therefore beyond CRS's control. For more consistency, CRS highly recommends tableware products produced by companies like Steelite or Royal Doulton.

Who can buy? CRS is open to the public and can ship to anywhere in Canada. Businesses within the foodservice, hospitality, and institutional industries may be eligible for discounts on our smallwares, tablewares and glasswares. Existing CRS customers may create a login on this website that will connect them to their account at CRS which will let them view item and invoice history, current order statuses, and favorite item lists. You will need your customer number, found on invoices and statements, and either your primary phone number or postal code. Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice and does not include applicable taxes, shipping and/or freight charges or service fees. Changes and/or corrections may be made at any time without prior notification.

Payment: For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards online via Moneris Credit Card Processing. Credit Cards are Pre-Authorized at the time or ordering and are not actually charged until the order is shipped. This allows us flexibility if we need to make adjustments to the order amount, for example, if we noticed that some items you've ordered are not compatible with other items on your order and we've made changes to your order.

Credit Card Security: Moneris processes credit cards with security enhancements. Verified by Visa® and MasterCard SecureCode™ are used when the credit card holder has registered with their credit card company to be able to use extra security in order to purchase online. Canadian Restaurant Supply Ltd. cannot offer any way to process a credit card with Verified by Visa® or MasterCard SecureCode™ without the proper security information.
Other security enhancements include AVS (Address Verification Service) and CVC (Card Validation Code) security validation. These require you to enter your address exactly as it appears on your billing statement and the security code found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. If either of these security verifications fail, there may be delays in processing your order and you may be contacted by us for further security verification.

If there are any back ordered items on your order, the full payment for the full order will be charged to your credit card when we ship the items that are not back ordered. The balance remaining for the back ordered items will be applied to your account as a credit until the back ordered items are shipped.

CRS Credit Account customers may place their orders on account, providing that there is sufficient credit available and their account is in good standing and there is no over-due balance. Credit Account customers are still bound by the terms and agreements of CRS's Credit Application.

Harmonized (Provincial and Federal) Sales Tax (HST): Beginning July 1, 2010, CRS will be charging 12% HST on all orders shipped within BC. Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland/Labrador will be charged 13% HST, and Nova Scotia will be charged 15% HST. All other provinces will only be charged 5% GST with the responsibility of submitting PST/RST falling on the consumer within their province.

GST is paid on your total order including shipping charges, except for those provinces where HST (Harmonized Provincial and Federal Tax) is applied.
