This position is to take over an existing territory and grow the revenue in a fast paced, results driven environment.

Canadian Restaurant Supply Ltd. is an actively growing wholesale supply company based in Kelowna. In an effort to better service our customers, we offer installation and maintenance services. We are seeking a positive, motivated, organized and effective Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team.

This opportunity will be based out of our Kelowna, BC location. Responsibilities will include responding to the needs of our customers and effectively deploying resources to get the job done. You will be responsible for all aspects of servicing, including providing troubleshooting, maintenance and installation services. You will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship and providing exceptional customer service.

Your skills will include the ability to multi-task, stay organized and communicate well. You are mechanically inclined and you possess the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve situations in the field and take pride in your ability to provide quality workmanship.

Your experience will include a minimum of 3 years of Journeyman experiece. You will also have hands on experience;

• Installing commercial walk-in refrigeration systems
• Commercial appliance repair, and
• Gas appliance installation (B-ticket)

The ideal candidate will be a confident, professionally courteous team player that easily builds rapport with customers. You are empathetic to their situations and are helpful in addressing their needs. You quickly identify the task at hand and get on it. Applicants must be a certified journeyman refrigeration mechanic (gas ticket & electrical endorsement preferred) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Foodservice Industry experience is definitely an asset.
